Please read these terms and conditions carefully, as they constitute a legal agreement between you (the “Client”) and Tailor-Made Mobile Detailing. By using our website, booking our services, or engaging with us in any manner, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions.

Services Offered

Tailor-Made Mobile Detailing specializes in professional detailing services for tractors, heavy equipment, and vehicles. Our services include, but are not limited to, washing, waxing, polishing, interior cleaning, paint correction, ceramic coatings, and fleet washing. We operate as a mobile service, performing these tasks at your specified location.

Booking and Payment

  • Booking: Clients must provide complete and accurate details about their equipment or vehicle and the desired services. Bookings can be made through our online system or via direct contact methods.
  • Payment: Full payment is required upon completion of the service. We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express), ACH, Affirm, and Afterpay. For bookings exceeding $1,000 or appointments located more than 60 minutes from Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, a non-refundable deposit of 10% is required.
  • Additional Charges: Transactions over $1,000 may incur processing fees, which will be charged to the client.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Client-Initiated Changes: Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment without penalty up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Weather-Related Changes: In the event of adverse weather conditions, we reserve the right to reschedule services to ensure safety and quality.

Liability

  • Service-Related Damage: Tailor-Made Mobile Detailing is not liable for any damage or losses that occur during the provision of services. Clients should ensure their equipment or vehicle is adequately insured to cover any potential damages.
  • Pre-existing Conditions: We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or issues that become apparent during the detailing process.

Warranty

We offer a 48-hour warranty covering workmanship defects. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from external factors such as weather conditions, misuse, or neglect by the client.

Privacy

Client personal information is used solely for the purpose of providing services and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Oklahoma and are subject to the jurisdiction of its courts.

Modifications to Terms and Conditions

Tailor-Made Mobile Detailing reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Clients are encouraged to review the terms regularly.

Additional Policies

  • Personal Belongings: Clients are advised to remove all personal items from their equipment or vehicle before service. Tailor-Made Mobile Detailing is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings left in the equipment or vehicle.
  • Child Safety Seats: We do not remove or reinstall child safety seats. Clients should ensure these are removed prior to the appointment if interior detailing is requested.
  • Battery Usage: To prevent battery drain during service, we may use a battery charger or disconnect the battery as necessary.

Service Timeframes

Service durations are estimates and may vary based on the condition of the equipment or vehicle and the specific services requested.
